30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition we returned your shoes in and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase of our services. 

Initiating a Return

To begin the return process, please contact us at helen@kicksons.com Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send back your item. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues such as defects, damage, or receiving the wrong item. We will assess the problem and correct it as soon as possible.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you need is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
